Welcome to Embrace and Enhance by Ellie! I’m a qualified personal trainer and an Olympic gymnast. The types of training I specialise in are Strength and Conditioning, HIIT, Weight Loss and creating healthy lifestyles. The benefits of these types of training are that any movement is good for your body, no movement is right or wrong with correct coaching. Online coaching is better than personal training because it can be done from anywhere!
